20 Minutes from the Gatlinburg parkway and close to hiking trails within the Smoky Mountains National Park.
Spacious Layout: Enjoy a roomy interior featuring a plush seating area, a cozy dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, a large refrigerator, and ample storage. We supply all your basic kitchen needs from utensils, cups, plates, pots and pans.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The camper includes a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, additional bedroom with bunk beds, and a convertible sofa, all with high-quality linens. Towels are also provided.
Modern Amenities: Stay entertained and connected with multiple flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and a contemporary bathroom setup.
You have an outdoor patio with table and chairs in front of the camper, along with a propane grill.
We do offer a fire pit on the patio as well, at each bath house and front desk you will find wood available for purchase.
Catch & Release Fishing: Enjoy fishing at the lake with designated catch and release areas.
Sports and Recreation: Access to multiple basketball courts, a spacious pool, and a play area, ensuring fun for all ages.
Entertainment Facilities: Spend your evenings in our game room featuring pool tables, arcade games, and ample seating for large groups.
Mini-Golf and More: Engage in a friendly game of mini-golf at our well-maintained course or explore the numerous picnic and playground areas.
We are available to you throughout your stay should you need anything.
There is a $50 pet fee for our camper and also the campground charges a $10 pet fee that you can pay upon arrival when you pick up your parking pass.

Our family of 6 (including me, my 6'3" husband, kids 8, 9, 11 and small dog) had a wonderful time. The accommodations were tight as expected in a camper, but we all fit in and felt very much at home. One of the bed options is a loft that only our smallest kid could sleep in. He loved it because he felt like a bear cub in a den, lol. The location has a lot of other campers and RVs in close proximity. However, we only ran into the other campers during our morning walks with the dog. The creek and firepit are beautiful and situated around the camper so they feel more secluded and very peaceful. My boys enjoyed fishing at the pond that was a few steps away from the camper and our daughter was happy to live in the pool. The pool is perfect for families with small kids because the deep part is small. Very close to Gatlinburg for when we wanted excitement. But far enough away that, when we wanted quiet, we could avoid the chaos that comes with such a popular tourist location

Cindy’s place was just as described. Very clean and everything was well taken care of. The surrounding was beautiful. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location. The creek is amazing and has the most peaceful sound. The outdoor furniture is so nice, with plenty of seating. The RV is FULLY stocked. Plenty of linens and pillows, bug spray, fishing supplies, fire wood, marshmallow roasters, corn hole, and plenty of other games. We loved the firepit and spent every night next to it. The campground is awesome! The pool is lovely. Everything was clean and well kept. Host was super responsive, kind, and helpful. We will definitely return!

We had an excellent time and loved the camper and campsite. Our kids thought it was so cool to have a camping experience. The entire campground was so friendly and welcoming.

The RV and RV resort was great! We loved the creek lot and it was only a few steps from the fishing pond. Everyone who we spoke with at the resort was so nice. The pool is huge and all the common facilities were super clean. My wife specifically loved how well stocked the RV was with everyday items. We’ll definitely be back.
